The membership is $8 a month for individuals ($96 yearly) or $10 a month ($120 yearly) for families; there is a onetime non-refundable activation fee of $25 for the monthly or $10 for the yearly membership payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, or you can pay for your New Dental Choice membership by mailing an annual check or money order. Monthly payments are only available by credit card. - Who do I make my check payable to & when will my membership start? +

Check payments need to be made payable to New Dental Choice and the membership will be processed within 24 business hours of receiving your payment. Your membership begins on the date you receive your membership ID cards. You should receive your membership ID cards within 5-7 days after receiving your payment. - Do the member name and billing name need to be the same? +

No, payments can be made on behalf of the member by someone else. We will need the payer's full name, billing address, phone number and relation to the member. - If I make monthly payments when are the payments processed? +

The initial monthly membership payment is processed within 24 business hours of receipt. All reoccurring monthly credit card payments are processed each month on the anniversary of your plan membership effective date. If that anniversary falls on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day thereafter. - What types of procedures are discounted by New Dental Choice? +

The discounts apply to all common dental services and you will save an average of 15% to 60% off the regular office fee. - How soon can I begin using my membership? +

You can begin using your membership as soon as you receive your membership cards; within 5 to 7 business days. If you provide us with an email address we can send you an email notification as soon as your membership is processed and active. - Can I add more dependents and will there be an additional charge? +

You can add additional dependents at no additional charge by submitting your request in writing to us by email (members@newdentalchoice.com), fax (858-444-2689), or mail (New Dental Choice PO Box 919029, San Diego CA 92191). We will need the additional eligible dependent(s) first and last name, date of birth, and relation.
