Important update for members and providers
New Dental Choice is scheduled to terminate effective December 31, 2026.
Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition for members and participating provider offices. Please review the information below regarding what this change means.
For current members
Your benefits remain active through December 31, 2026
If you are currently enrolled, you may continue using your membership and receiving applicable discounts through December 31, 2026.
Can I still visit participating providers?
Yes. Participating providers are expected to continue honoring applicable discounts for eligible members through the plan termination date.
What if I am in the middle of treatment?
Certain treatment plans that begin before the termination date may qualify for continuation under provider agreement requirements. If you have questions regarding ongoing treatment, please contact Member Services.
Will my membership renew?
No. Membership renewals are being discontinued as part of the plan wind-down. The plan will terminate on December 31, 2026.
Why is the plan ending?
The company periodically reviews its products and services to ensure they continue to align with long-term business goals. Following a recent review, the decision was made to discontinue New Dental Choice while continuing to focus on other areas of the business.
Can I update my credit card payment information?
We are not updating payments for existing members unless they have an appt BEFORE 12/31. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
For prospective members
Can I still enroll?
No. New enrollments are no longer being accepted as part of the plan termination.
Can exceptions be made?
Unfortunately, no. The enrollment period has closed and exceptions cannot be made.
For participating providers
Does this affect my network participation?
No. The provider network remains active and your participation in the network is unchanged
Should I continue honoring discounts for New Dental Choice?
Yes. Eligible New Dental Choice members should continue receiving applicable discounts through December 31, 2026.
What about treatment that extends into 2027?
The continuing-treatment provisions contained in your provider agreement remain in effect.
We still have enrollment materials in our office
Enrollment materials and brochures are no longer valid. Please dispose of any remaining enrollment forms and marketing materials.
